A worked quote example: hours, buffer, costs and deposit
Here is a small worked example for anyone testing Scope Note Lite before launch.
Using illustrative amounts in one currency: 20 hours × 50 = 1,000 in labor. A 10% labor buffer adds 100, and 50 in direct costs brings the base to 1,150. A 5% discount makes it 1,092.50 before tax. With a 0% tax input and a 50% deposit, the upfront amount is 546.25. Use your own estimates and applicable tax inputs.
