Schedless - Work remotely from home or places around the world

Hey PH! Having been inspired by @levelsio's remoteok, I've spent the past few weeks working on Schedless. You'd probably say that there are already too many remote job boards out there. While I agree, finding remote work in e.g. Education/Consulting/HR is not that easy. And that's because most of the remote job boards are focusing on development jobs. Also, more and more companies are hiring remotely for what used to be "in-house" roles only, so I built Schedless with this in mind. I'd love to get some feedback on this, and I'm more than happy to answer questions.
