Roust - The social network for politics, religion and social matters

For me, I like to keep as much politics and religion out of my Facebook and Twitter. But I do like to debate/discuss. This seems like a good alternative location.

I'm not so sure I want to belong to a social network whose primary basis is to debate/discuss entirely useless topics. To say nothing of the old rule that the discussion of race, religion and politics in polite society (of which the Internet surely belongs) is a very serious social faux pas. Instead of talking about these things, why don't we inspire people to get out there and make serious changes to the way that we engage each other on these subjects? Talk is cheap. And talking about these things without doing anything about them does nothing for us as a culture of informed, enlightened people.
