Room Service 2.5.0: Keyboard Locker and much faster developer scans

Room Service 2.5.0 is out.

This release adds Keyboard Locker to the menu bar and makes Developer / Full scans much faster.

Keyboard Locker temporarily blocks keyboard input until you unlock it from a full-screen overlay. Small feature, but useful when cleaning the keyboard or avoiding accidental input.

The bigger update is scan speed. Room Service now sizes large developer folders in parallel with shared caches and faster disk-usage shortcuts.

On the measured machine:

• Xcode Simulators: ~107s → ~8s 

• overall Xcode scan: ~109s → ~8.5s 

• node_modules: ~5.96s → ~2.26s

There are also improvements to Projects loading, Home/menu bar performance, cleanup progress overlays, and Applications delete progress.

Would love feedback from developers with heavy Xcode, Docker, Unity, node_modules, or package-cache setups.
