I’ve been applying to jobs recently and ended up building an app to make the whole process a bit easier. The app handles job and interview tracking with a Kanban board, AI-assisted cover letter drafting, and interview practice. Everything is fully on-device using Apple’s new Foundation Models in macOS 26. Thus, interactions stay private and local, meaning nothing leaves your Mac. You can host a “Resume Library” in the app to spot keyword overlap between your resumes and job descriptions. It’s currently geared toward tech roles, but I’d love any feedback. You can also reuse your saved resumes when drafting cover letters, tracking applications, or running AI-powered interview sessions.
