I started building ReVoice because I saw a fundamental problem with meetings. We spend hours in conversations, making decisions, sharing knowledge, and discussing important next steps. Yet so much of that value disappears the moment the meeting ends. Most AI meeting tools only address one part of the problem: taking notes. I wanted to challenge that approach. What if AI could actually participate in meetings, understand the context, and help people before, during, and after every conversation? That question shaped ReVoice and Matilda, our real-time voice AI assistant. BEFORE THE MEETING Walk into meetings prepared with relevant documents, previous conversations, and the context you need. DURING THE MEETING Matilda doesn't just listen. You can actually talk to her, ask questions, get real-time assistance, and receive coaching while the meeting is happening. AFTER THE MEETING Transform conversations into decisions, action items, follow-ups, searchable knowledge, and connected CRM and ERP workflows. As ReVoice evolved, one thing became increasingly clear to me: The goal isn't to create better meeting notes. It's to make meetings themselves more valuable. Building ReVoice in Sweden also means taking European data privacy, security, and control seriously from the start. This launch is an important milestone, but there's still plenty I want to improve. I'm genuinely interested in learning from this community. So here's my question: If you could fix ONE thing about meetings, what would it be? I'd love to hear your thoughts, feedback, and criticism. Thank you for checking out ReVoice!
