I built Revision Review to test a specific workflow: an editor has agreed a fixed project fee, the client asks for extra work, and the editor needs a clearer way to review the impact and prepare an additional quote. This is an early free pilot, not a validated business. The ZIP contains a standalone HTML tool. You can save projects manually in your browser and download a JSON backup. Backup import is limited to 2 MB in this pilot. It has been tested in Edge on Windows; other browsers and macOS have not been tested. It does not process payments, send messages or integrate with an editor. If you've handled a real extra request on a paid fixed-fee editing project, I'd value a concrete account of where this helped or got in the way. Please use anonymous project details and keep backups private. General usability feedback is also useful, and I'll keep it separate from tests by working editors.
