Hi there! I'm Vitaly, the founder of Reviews On My Website. Our service makes it easy for businesses to display their online reviews from sites like Google and Facebook directly on their website. I am excited to share our tool with the Product Hunt community and announce a number of new features that we launched recently. In addition to offering the widget to monitor and display reviews from Google, Facebook, Yelp, Yellowpages and TripAdvisor, we have made it easier to follow up with customers and ask them to write a review. One way to do this is to place a Write a Review link directly on the website. When clicked it will trigger a popup asking the customer to rate the business. Satisfied customers are asked to post a review on 3rd party sites that matter the most to the business while unsatisfied customers are first asked to provide additional feedback to help understand what went wrong and how the business can improve. Businesses can now follow up with their customers by sending them sms and email requests with a link to write a review to help streamline the process of collecting reviews. Last but not least, we launched a white-label platform for agencies that would like to re-sell our platform to their clients. Please feel free to post any questions you may have.
