As developers, we constantly had the issue of maintaining scattered sets of application configuration files for each of our software projects and having to go through the whole deployment process just to make a simple change to the app's behavior, content or design. To update them was tedious, and we thought that the process could be improved, simplified and optimized in order to save time. This lead to the creation of RemoteConfigs.
