Hey PH👋! I'm Felix, the solo dev behind Remi.
I built Remi because I kept abandoning every expense tracker I tried. The problem was always the same: logging an expense meant opening the app, tapping through fields, picking a category, typing an amount. By the time I was done, I'd already forgotten half of what I spent that day.
So I made the simplest version I could imagine: open the app, say "twelve bucks at Chipotle for lunch," and you're done. AI pulls out the amount, merchant, and category automatically.
Here's what Remi does:
Voice logging - speak naturally and Remi parses everything in seconds
Receipt scanning - snap a photo, skip the typing
Manual entry - keyboard option when you can't talk
Spending insights - weekly and monthly breakdowns by category
Budget tracking - set limits per category or overall and see where you stand
On-device storage - your data stays on your phone, no bank connections, no account needed
It's free with 30 AI parses per month. Premium unlocks unlimited usage.
I'd love to hear what you think, and I'm here all day to answer questions!

Voice expense tracking sounds gimmicky but it actually works well here, categories popped up accurately when I tested it on a few purchases. The weekly summary is a nice touch too.

finally something that gets my jumbled expense voice notes right. was surprised how clean the weekly summary actually is, no fluff just the numbers that matter.
