Recruiters, what's the one part of hiring you wish AI would take off your plate?
Hiring has become a strange paradox.
We have more recruitment tools than ever, yet recruiters still spend hours switching between platforms, chasing candidates, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and following up.
And candidates? They're applying to dozens of jobs, repeating the same information, and sometimes never hearing back.
We started building Recroid because we felt recruitment needed fewer disconnected tools and a lot less repetitive work.
Our goal is to bring recruiters, staffing agencies, hiring teams, and job seekers into one connected recruitment experience, with AI helping reduce the administrative burden.
We're getting ready to launch Recroid on Product Hunt next week! 🚀
But before we launch, I'd love to hear from this community:
If AI could eliminate just ONE frustrating part of recruitment, what would you choose?
Finding and matching the right candidates
Screening and initial interviews
Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Candidate follow-ups and communication
Managing multiple clients, jobs, and recruitment platforms
Something else entirely?
And if you're a job seeker, what's the one thing you'd change about how companies hire?
We're building Recroid with real recruitment workflows in mind, and your perspectives would be incredibly valuable.
Looking forward to the discussion. 👇
