What does your bookkeeping stack look like? (I hate doing this manually 😅)

As a founder, it is incredibly painful to spend time on bookkeeping instead of building.

Right now, my process looks like this: scan receipts, dump everything into a CSV, find the bank statements, and spend hours matching them up.

It was nightmare last tax season. I am trying to do regularly and it completely eats up my weekends.

How are you all handling this?

Do you outsource it, use a specific tool stack, or just power through it?
