Hi, I'm Swathi — I'm an engineer. I kept watching brilliant engineers freeze or ramble in behavioral and technical rounds, not because they didn't know the work, but because nobody practices saying it out loud. Written prep never transferred to speaking under pressure, at least not for anyone I knew.

So I built Recalit around a deterministic state machine instead of a free-form chatbot. It listens to your spoken answers and scores them the same way every time — filler words, pacing, structure, even contradictions between what you said in minute one and minute ten. The Engineer path is 45 spoken missions for explaining technical work; Interview Coach runs a full mock interview and ends with a hire/no-hire verdict.
