How does it actually prioritize those 12 modules - is it based on industry benchmarks or does it learn from your own historical data over time? Also curious what happens when a connector like HubSpot or Xero isn't fully populated yet, does it just skip that section or flag it?

It works on your data only for now. Over the time it will learn your data, rythm and give you simultaneous insight and suggestion on what to do next.
If you connect with any of the external connectors we have a feature that will instantly give you answer based on the connected data. If the data is not populated on hubspot or any other you can always upload your own file and run a full analysis.
How does the 12-module analysis handle messy or incomplete data from the CRM — do you flag confidence levels per module or just return the prioritised actions anyway?

Yes, rasa will actually flag confidence level per level not just an overall level/report level. Each 12 module returns it's own confidence layer based on data completeness, signal stregth. If a module receives inconsistent data or incompetele data, it will generate exactly that instead of generatin low quality action items.
If the CRM data is messy, the epistemic validation layer runs a data quality check before the modules process anything. If any of the field is missing or conytradictory the module adjust the confidence score and flags the same as insufficient signal.
In short, insufficient data narrows the action items instead of corrupting or giving wrong action.
