Instead of searching its training data for a close guess when a visitor's question has very low confidence match scores, the AI agent flags the query as an "unresolved context."
Additionally, we've trained the engine to detect explicit triggers (like "can I talk to a real person?", "call me", or pricing negotiation disputes).
