QBiX Menu is a modern QR menu for restaurants and cafes. Guests can see current dishes with photos and descriptions in three languages ​​(Kazakh/Russian/English), place orders from their phones, and call a waiter with a single tap. The system is easy to set up (connection takes about 1 hour) and requires no apps or registration. We've eliminated unnecessary clutter to ensure the digital menu is fast and convenient for both guests and staff.

In Kazakhstan, we face several common challenges in the food service industry that a digital platform easily solves: — Language barrier. Guests and staff often speak different languages, which can lead to misunderstandings and even arguments. With a digital menu, each guest can choose their preferred language and see the latest menu items without errors. — Ordering errors. The human factor is still a factor: waiters can forget an item, mix up an order, or accidentally order the wrong dish. A digital menu helps minimize such situations. We've personally encountered these issues many times, and this inspired us to create QBiX Menu. Our goal is to make the ordering and service process in restaurants simple, convenient, and transparent for both guests and staff. During development, we actively tested the platform in various establishments, improved the interface, added functionality (for example, a button to call a waiter directly from the menu), and collected feedback to make the product as useful and user-friendly as possible. We hope that QBiX Menu will help restaurants and cafes in Kazakhstan improve service quality and save time, while providing guests with a better dining experience.
