One thing I'd love to see is a built-in comparison view where you can plug in two or three properties side by side and see how the rental yield and monthly mortgage costs stack up. It would make it way easier to actually pick between listings instead of just crunching numbers one at a time.

A stamp duty toggle for the UK and Australia would make this way more useful, since those costs massively change whether a deal pencils out. Maybe a dropdown to pick the region so the purchase cost calc auto-fills the right taxes and fees.
