Hey Product Hunt 👋 We built Presentable because most meeting tools solve only one part of the problem. Some capture a transcript. Others generate a summary. The useful information still ends up scattered across calendars, notes, documents, and follow-up messages. Many AI meeting assistants also require a bot to join your call or upload a recording. We wanted something different. Presentable brings the entire meeting workflow together in one place. • Prepare for upcoming meetings using information from previous conversations • Take notes alongside a live transcript • Transcribe locally on your Mac without a meeting bot • Generate summaries tailored to different kinds of meetings • Surface decisions, blockers, answers, and next steps • Ask questions across a session, a project, or all your meetings • Draft follow-ups and other content from what was discussed Privacy was a big priority from day one. Presentable transcribes from your device in real time. It doesn't create separate audio or video recordings, and your meeting audio isn't uploaded to the cloud. We're starting with macOS and building Presentable for founders, sales teams, customer-facing teams, product teams, consultants, and anyone who spends a lot of time in meetings.
