Hi Product Hunt 👋 We built PramitiHR after noticing a major gap between how companies hire and how candidates prepare for interviews. Many organizations struggle with slow hiring processes, inconsistent interviews, and difficulty evaluating real skills. At the same time, students and job seekers often lack opportunities to practice real interview scenarios before entering the job market. PramitiHR aims to bridge that gap. Our platform uses AI-driven interviews and skill assessments to help enterprises streamline hiring and evaluate candidates more effectively. At the same time, educational institutes can use it to help students prepare for placements through mock AI interviews and structured assessments.
