We re-launched PowerToFly today... work in progress and I'm still struggling with the headline... "Elevate Your Career Through Community." What I really want to convey is that we're a site that lets women get to know employers (whether they have a truly inclusive environment, for example) before they go down an endless application process... We know that filling out endless applications is considered a waste of time for many women... so our solution is to provide live and virtual opportunities for women to connect directly with companies. All feedback appreciated.
