Hi, all, thanks for checking out Power Level. I created this because it tackles a problem I've seen up close, over and over again—how overwhelming it can be, both to apply for hundreds of jobs and to review hundreds of CVs for one role. Especially when your full-time job isn't job-seeking or hiring. And, especially, in this economic climate. Quality (of applications and application reviews), inevitably suffers. I have FAANG working experience, as well as having bootstrapped my own startup and led teams in high-growth scale-ups. I've seen many different sides of the same problem and the solution I'm proposing to it—increasing quality and reducing admin (for all involved), by filling candidate pipelines through referrals, rather than direct applications.
