Got 35k views & 30+ first sales... But is fun allowed during screen shares?
by•
Hey PH! 👋
I recently posted a short video of Pokey - a tiny Mac app that turns your cursor into an animated hand that taps your screen when you click.
On a brand-new account, the video blew up with 35k views, 750+ likes, and 30+ sales on the spot.
So clearly, there’s a hunger to bring some warmth back into screen shares.
But I’m still wondering where the line is for playfulness in remote work.
I’d love your honest take: how acceptable would a tool like this be in your company's culture - a fun way to engage or a bit too informal for work calls?
P.S. Pokey is officially launching this Saturday! Feel free to follow if you want to test out some fun clicks on your next call
