When you save a place to revisit, what do you save with it?

I’m Nikos, the maker of Photographers Journal.

As a photographer, remembering where a place is is only part of the job. I also want to remember what caught my eye and why I wanted to return—maybe a composition that would work at sunset, a viewpoint worth exploring, or a scene that needs a different lens.

That’s the idea behind Photographers Journal: save the location immediately, then keep photos and notes with it so you can pick up where you left off.

I’m curious how other photographers and travelers handle this.

Think of the last place you saved to revisit. How did you save it, and what did you record besides the location?
