A checklist for preparing PDFs and photos for online forms
I’m Jeetmal, the maker of PaperLumo. Before uploading documents to an application form, this short checklist can save a few retries:
1. Read the portal’s allowed file types, dimensions and size limits first.
2. Keep your original files; export separate upload copies.
3. Check photo and signature crops at the required dimensions.
4. Merge certificates in the requested order and reopen the final PDF to check every page.
5. After compression, check that small text, stamps and photos remain readable. A smaller file is not useful if details are lost.
We put these preparation steps together at https://paperlumo.com/form-toolkit. Most everyday tools run locally in your browser; features that need a server upload explain that before processing.
Which step causes the most trouble on your phone: picking files, meeting size limits, keeping pages in order, or finding the downloaded result? Please share the steps and file type rather than private documents.
