Added a live PanicMode demo to better explain the concept
After launch day, one thing became very obvious to me:
people generally understand and relate to the idea behind PanicMode, but many still don’t feel convinced enough to install or buy it.
So I started iterating on the website experience itself.
I just added a live interactive demo directly on the site. You can now press ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + O anywhere on the website and PanicMode instantly switches the page into a fake workspace overlay so people can better experience the actual feeling/use case instead of only seeing screenshots or videos.
I’m still trying to understand the conversion gap though, so I’d genuinely love honest feedback from people here:
Does the use case feel too niche?
Is the value proposition unclear?
Does the live demo make the concept easier to understand?
What would make you personally install or pay for something like this?
Curious to hear what people think.
