What kind of teams actually need AI execution systems most?

Hey Product Hunt đź‘‹

After launching Ovren, one thing became very clear:

A lot of teams love the idea of AI helping with execution…
but we now want to understand who feels this pain the strongest.

Not just “interesting AI.”

Actual must-have workflow improvement.

So we put together a short 4-minute discovery survey to better understand:
• where execution bottlenecks happen
• what work keeps getting delayed
• and which roles/teams benefit most from systems like this

Would genuinely appreciate your input 🙌

This is the kind of thing more AI startups should do early .Distribution is easy to test pain intensity is what actually matter.

@elliot_grant1 Exactly. A lot of teams react positively to the concept itself, but the more interesting signal is where people immediately say: “we would use this tomorrow.” That pain intensity part is becoming much more important for us now.

There’s a hidden insight here: the highest pain users often don't describe it as AI opportunity but as too many steps / too many handoffs.”

@eric_donovan That’s a really good way to frame it. A lot of early responses actually sound less like “we need AI” and more like: “there are too many coordination layers before work gets done.” Feels like execution friction itself may be the bigger market than AI tooling alone.

Really appreciate everyone taking the time to answer 🙌

Some of the responses are already super insightful and honestly changing how we think about the next iteration of Ovren.
