I wanted to build something unique. On Polymarket and Kelshi you can only bet on fact based markets. Meaning markets that have a definitive outcome and are rooted in fact.
What I found online and on social media, is that people are a lot more passionate about their opinions, rather than facts.
So what if we gave them a way to resolve which opinion more people subscirbe to?
That's where Opinio comes in. Anyone can create an opinion market and have people bid on them and actually win some money in the process.
We still have traditional classic prediction markets, but we have opinion based ones as well
