Why is documenting a property still so fragmented?

Measurements in one tool, photos somewhere else, documents somewhere else, and separate workflows for floor plans, roof reports, and estimates. We’ve spent years working around property inspections and estimating, and this fragmentation was one of the reasons we started building Omnos.

I’m curious how others see it. If you could simplify one part of capturing or documenting a property today, what would it be? We’re launching Omnos on product hunt tomorrow and would genuinely love to hear perspectives outside our own industry experience.
