What happens when you replace chat windows with an autonomous AI command center?
Hey Product Hunt community! 👋
We’re getting ready to launch OctaStrand.ai next week, and we wanted to start a open discussion with developers, founders, and AI power-users.
For the past few months, we've been building around a single core thesis:
Linear, single-agent chat boxes are creating massive prompt fatigue. Jumping between tabs, copying code snippets, and manually checking edge cases slows builders down.
So we built OctaStrand.ai—an autonomous AI operating system (AIOS) powered by an 8-mind agent council.
Instead of a chat window, it gives you:
• An active command deck with continuous background web and repo ingestion
• The Chamber: Adversarial multi-agent auditing that stress-tests software briefs before you code
• "The Eye": Real-time spatial vision and voice analysis for live screen/code auditing
• Strand Terminal: War rooms and a project market to trade runtimes and swarms
We’d love to know:
What is your biggest friction point with current AI tools, and what features do you wish an AI operating system had?
Drop your thoughts below—we're actively tweaking our launch build based on community feedback!
