Hey everyone 👋 Thanks for checking out Nucleous. We built this to give teams real-time visibility into leads and day-to-day workforce activity, without waiting on delayed reports. We’d love to hear your thoughts, questions, or feedback on what you’d want to track live in your own teams.

How does the employee activity tracking actually work without it feeling invasive? I like the idea of one dashboard for everything, but want to know what level of detail my team would actually have access to.

@kemikli25431 Good question — Nucleous works with separate Employee and Admin panels. Employees simply manage leads and tasks, and all activity is tracked automatically through real actions in the system (no screen or behavior monitoring). The platform supports active shifts, breaks, shift ended, and an On Hold state if someone is on shift but not engaging with work. Each activity (like calling or updating a lead) also contributes to an employee score, giving admins real-time visibility into productivity and performance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis—without micromanagement.
Report
The single dashboard pulling lead management and employee activity together is a smart call — most tools force you to bounce between tabs for that kind of visibility. Curious how it handles permissioning when managers want different slices of the same data.

@cosgun_hak89117 Thanks for pointing that out — permissions in Nucleous are role-based and configurable. Admins define what each role or manager can view or control, whether it’s specific lead pools, team members, activity metrics, or performance scores. This allows different managers to access only the slices of data relevant to their responsibility, while the admin retains full system-level visibility from a single dashboard.

Caught the live dashboard pulling in activity updates pretty much instantly, which made it easy to see where things were getting stuck in the pipeline without digging through reports. The employee tracking side feels reasonable for managers who actually need visibility without it feeling like overkill.

@nturucal26502 Appreciate you noticing that — real-time visibility without digging through reports was exactly the goal. We designed Nucleous so managers can quickly spot bottlenecks and team availability from the live dashboard, while keeping employee tracking focused on work outcomes rather than invasive monitoring. Feedback like this helps validate that balance for us.
