Ok yall! I have literally tried every single software on the map at this point, just searching for something that can satisfy a multi-faceted business, without overwhelming me with features I won't ever need. I am not a developer or in the business of technology, but I know my way around a business CRM... I have become obsessed with Ninjapipe, and I am so glad my search for software has come to an end! You gotta try it! You literally wont regret it!

@twyla_everett Thank you so much and we are so glad you like NinjaPipe! 😍🙏
We run a real estate franchise network in the Philippines and use NinjaPipe (white-labeled) as the CRM backbone for our lead routing and recruiting operations — multiple workspaces, custom automations, web form intake, bulk imports, the works.
What stands out most is the pace of improvement. There's a steady rhythm of updates, and it genuinely gets better every week. Features that were rough edges a few months ago are polished now. You can feel the product maturing in real time, and it has reached the point where I'd call it a solid CRM, full stop.
It's also easy to use. I've been able to build out automations, custom fields, pipelines, and white-labeled workspaces without needing a developer for the day-to-day work. When I do hit something — a question or a bug — support is quick and easy to deal with, and the community forum gets real answers.
If you looked at NinjaPipe a while back and moved on, it's worth a second look. We've migrated our data in and built our whole operation on it.

@robb_spearman This genuinely means a lot to us. Thank you for trusting NinjaPipe to support such a big part of your real estate operations.
We know the platform has evolved a lot, so hearing that you’ve noticed the improvements and now consider it a solid CRM is incredibly rewarding. Feedback from customers who actively use multiple workspaces, automations, lead routing, imports, and white-label features helps us keep improving the areas that matter most.
We’re grateful to have you and your team as part of the NinjaPipe community, and we’re excited to keep building alongside you :)
@dinukajay I absolutely love the CRM. I know you and your team are fully focused and dedicated; it shows. Rock and Roll !!
I jumped on the NinjaPipe train in 2024 when it was first getting started. The team's goals were ambitious and laudable (I loved their roadmap, and it's worth a few minutes to see what they've delivered since), but the initial release had some rough edges.
Two years later, NinjaPipe is barreling down the tracks. It's incredible how much this CRM has grown. Over the weekend I set up a client workspace programmatically through the API with Claude Code, including pulling donor histories from Stripe and tagging and segmenting contacts. The whole process went off without a hitch. Five minutes on the front end setting up the workspace with complete white labeling, 90 minutes running the import and making adjustments on a second screen while I worked on another project, and I was able to hand over a fully branded CRM to a very happy non-profit.
The NinjaPipe team has kept their heads down for two years building an incredible product while also following through on customer support, both through email tickets and Discord. I have never waited more than 24 hours for a reply, and when they couldn't fix an issue because it was blocked by development, they were upfront about it and put it on the roadmap.
Credit for that goes to Dinuka Jay, founder, developer, and the conductor who has kept this thing on schedule the entire way. Plenty of people would have been discouraged by the initial public response and pulled the brake. He and his team rose to the challenge instead and built something you'd expect out of a mid-size company. They are a small but mighty team. Buy your ticket and get on board.
We are an info-product business with several personal development programs and a high volume of clients. We are currently migrating our entire system to NinjaPipe. In the beginning, we had a lot of doubts. In fact, when we purchased the product, it didn't have all the features we wanted and it did have several bugs. However, we gave them the chance to prove they were committed to the project... and wow, they really are!
As a company, we had been trying out different software, but we wanted one that integrated the features of Asana, lead and client management as a CRM, sales, and even AI-powered email campaigns. On top of that, it offers many more options for teamwork and even a client portal.
NinjaPipe has it all, along with multiple API connection options and forms that (with the help of automations) allow updating contact fields and... [Note: The original Spanish sentence is cut off here].
Furthermore, they update it daily. We users have a very active Discord community, and every time we spot a potential improvement or bug, we report it and it gets implemented within a few days or even hours. They are truly working hard and listening closely to their users. If they don't have a feature, we ask for it and they add it.
I hope it keeps growing because this software is not one of those that is created and then abandoned; instead, it is expanding to become a true 360-degree software.
