Hey Product Hunt! 👋 We’re relaunching Nightingale: a calmer, more complete way for pet parents to find and manage local care. Finding someone to trust with your pet is personal—and fragmented. We built Nightingale to bring the key moments into one place: - Discover walkers, sitters, groomers, daycares, and vets nearby - Create detailed pet profiles, including care instructions - Request and manage reservations - Chat with providers and receive booking updates - Help caretakers manage incoming bookings This relaunch introduces our new dark-first Lumina experience, a clearer booking flow, provider-side booking management, pet profiles, events, and improved trust-and-safety foundations. We’d especially love feedback on two things: what would make you feel confident booking a new pet-care provider, and which feature would make Nightingale indispensable for your own pet? Honestly this is a really sweet idea. One thing that might help though is adding a quick background check or verification badge for the nightingales, since you're basically trusting strangers with your pets. Maybe something like a simple ID upload plus a rating system from past visits would make people like me way more comfortable booking someone.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. We do support verification of account. However, it is not a hard blocker for new users. Users can go to Profile > Verification and upload their IDs. We verify them manually for now, by a reviewer, and provide a "Verified" badge to their account/
