What do you use to decide what YouTube video to make next?

I’ve been building NextUploadAI around a question I kept coming back to: What if your audience is already telling you what your next video should be?

YouTube comments contain questions, problems, requests and ideas, but going through hundreds of comments and competitor videos manually can take a lot of time.

I’m curious how creators currently handle this: What’s your process for finding your next video idea?

Do you rely mostly on:

• comments and audience feedback?
