Added a public directory where anyone can add recruiter contacts they have been contacted by

We just shipped a community-built recruiter directory on Naukri Clear.

If you've ever been contacted by a recruiter during your job search or reached out to one yourself ,you can now add them to a shared, public

directory so other job seekers can find them too.

What you can do:

- Add any recruiter you've interacted with (name, company, title, LinkedIn)

- Leave reviews sharing your experience , were they responsive? Did you get hired?

- Upvote helpful recruiters so the best ones rise to the top

- Tag recruiters (fair process, responsive, ghosted) to help others know what to expect

- Filter by company, specialization, and hiring level

- Search by name or company

Why we built this:

Job seekers spend hours hunting for the right recruiter at a company. Meanwhile, dozens of others have already spoken to them but that knowledge is

siloed in DMs and personal notes. This directory makes it public.

How it works:

It's fully community-driven. No one owns the data. Anyone can contribute, review, and vote.
