While working closely with companies in construction and IT, we kept hearing the same thing: “We know opportunities are out there… but finding the right ones is painful.” Teams were jumping between portals, setting up messy alerts, and still missing relevant bids — or worse, wasting hours chasing ones that were never a fit. Where do we have the highest chance of winning? That’s where Narwin started. We began by aggregating bid data across sources, but quickly realized aggregation alone wasn’t enough. The real unlock was applying AI to score and prioritize opportunities based on each company’s unique profile — turning a noisy feed into a focused pipeline. Early on, we worked closely with a handful of teams, sitting with them as they reviewed bids, understanding how decisions were made, and refining the scoring to reflect real-world behavior — not just theory. What we’re building now is more than a feed. It’s a decision layer. Our goal is simple: help companies spend less time searching, and more time winning.
