What would make you trust a new AI marketplace enough to buy from it on day one?

We're launching mysoft.ai today — a platform-agnostic marketplace for AI tools, agents, and services. We've built in verified seller badges, escrow protection, and dispute mediation to answer the trust question from the buyer side.

But I want to hear from the community: what's the first thing you look for when buying from a marketplace you've never used before? Reviews? Refund policy? Seller verification? Something else?

And for sellers — what's stopped you from listing on existing platforms? Is it the commission, the approval process, the platform lock-in?

Genuinely curious. Building this in public and want to get it right.
