🔐 What would make you trust a browser-based Monero wallet?
by•
I’m Solomon, the maker of MonkStash, a free Monero wallet that runs in your browser.
No download. Your keys are created and encrypted on your device and never reach our servers.
That removes an installation step. But “your keys stay on your device” shouldn’t be the end of the conversation.
What evidence would you need before trusting a browser wallet with your XMR? 🤔
🔎 Source code you can inspect?
🛡️ An independent security audit?
📖 Clear documentation explaining what the server can see?
Tell me what you’d check first, and what would make you walk away. I want that feedback to shape what I build and explain next.
