Scam, I forgot my passcode 1 time, then the stupid algorithms blocked my account, contact support thru email > dont respond in time, when i got my recovery pass (OTP) it was when i was sleeping, and it only lasts 15minutes? What in the actual fuck are these monese employees high on? Basically customer support is non existant, its a bot sending you the same messages over and over, 12 times i have asked for an OTP, fuck this app man
