Minimal Time + Count - Count time, things, or both

Minimal Time + Count combines three simple utilities in one minimalist browser tool: a configurable focus timer, a manual tally counter, and a timed counter for counting events against a countdown. It is completely free, requires no account, and stores preferences locally in your browser. No subscription, premium tier, backend, or unnecessary feature clutter.

I started Minimal Time + Count as an experiment: could I create and publish a genuinely useful web utility with zero initial budget and minimal prior web-development experience? I set some deliberate constraints from the beginning. It had to be completely free, require no account, avoid a backend and database, keep user preferences in the browser, use minimal dependencies, and remain small enough that it wouldn't turn into another feature-heavy productivity platform. The idea eventually settled around three very basic needs: counting time, counting things, or doing both at once. Those became the Focus Timer, Counter, and Timed Counter. The finished application is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. There is no subscription, premium version or account system. I'm particularly interested in feedback on the three-mode combination and whether the interface makes each mode immediately understandable.
