If you ve ever had your content stolen, misused, or stripped of credit, you know the internet isn t built to protect creative work. Most tools stop at watermarking. We wanted to go further, to build something creators, media companies, and IP owners could actually rely on.
Metapyxl does three things:
Watermarks your images with both forensic and C2PA provenance layers
Tracks where your content shows up online, even if it s cropped or modified
Embeds optional licensing terms into the asset and alerts you when those terms are violated
Metapyxl moves copyright control upstream by embedding ownership, provenance, and licensing inside the media itself. Unlike detect and takedown tools, it combines resilient forensic watermarking with C2PA provenance, always-on web tracking, and an in-file license or buy path. Editors can reveal rights instantly with a browser lens, and teams integrate via API to automate enforcement and turn organic discovery into licensing revenue.
