One day I sat through a full presentation and when asked for thoughts, I had… nothing. Blank. Meanwhile a colleague had a brilliant take that sparked a whole discussion.
I realized my brain was on mental cruise control and I wanted to fix that. Journaling exercises helped, but I’m terrible at journaling. Spreadsheets helped, but they started to feel like work.
So I built out some of my favorite simple thinking exercises, gave myself controlled push reminders, widget tracking and more. 30 days in, it’s my first-ever 'journaling' streak.
