Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built Media2Text because recordings contain useful knowledge, but replaying a long meeting, interview, course, podcast, or video is a slow way to find it. Media2Text turns audio and video into a searchable workspace: speaker-labeled transcripts, precise timestamps, subtitles, translation, AI summaries, mind maps, and nine export formats. Privacy was an important product decision. For supported video workflows, the browser extracts the audio locally, so the original video file is not uploaded. You can also try one recording up to 30 minutes without creating an account or entering a card. I would especially value feedback on three things: 1. Is the transcript workspace clear on first use? 2. Which export or insight workflow saves you the most time? 3. What would make you trust a transcription product with your real work? Thanks for taking a look—I’ll be here throughout launch day to answer questions and learn from your feedback.
