Mail merge from Excel to PDF - Word or PDF template, one file per row, all in your browser

Most mail merge tools want your spreadsheet on their server, and the ones that fill PDFs want a form with named fields. This does neither. Load a CSV or Excel file, then write the template here, import a .docx and edit it, or drag columns onto a finished PDF, which works on designer exports and scans as well as on fillable forms. Each file is named from a pattern you set, so you get Invoice_Rossi.pdf rather than doc7.pdf. It all runs in the tab: the sheet and the PDFs never leave your machine.

Hi everyone, I kept meeting the same job: a spreadsheet of people, one document each, a folder of files at the end. Word's mail merge makes one long document with every record inside it, so the last step is always splitting it by hand and renaming the pieces. The tools that automate that wanted the spreadsheet uploaded, and a list of clients and amounts is a hard thing to hand over. So boolkpdf does the merge in the browser tab. The sheet is read there and the PDFs are made there, and neither is ever sent anywhere. There are two kinds of template because the two jobs are different: a document you write here or import from Word, where the text reflows around a long name, or a finished PDF you drag columns onto, which works on designer exports and scans and not only on fillable forms. What it doesn't do: no email sending, so you attach the files yourself. Stamping onto a PDF uses the 14 built-in PDF fonts, which are latin-1, so a name like Łukasz comes out mangled until I embed a real font. Free for 25 rows. The thing I'd most like to hear about: two ways to make a template is one more than I'd like. Does the choice read as obvious, or as a fork you have to stop and think about?
