Hi everyone! 👋 I'm so excited to finally share London Puzzle Exchange. The idea came from a simple frustration: every time I finished a jigsaw puzzle, I loved the experience—but I had no idea what to do with it afterwards. Once you've completed a puzzle, it's hard to justify buying the same one again, yet selling them individually is a hassle and they often end up sitting on a shelf collecting dust. At the same time, there are thousands of people across the UK in exactly the same situation. We all have puzzles we'd happily swap for something new. So I decided to build a dedicated place just for puzzle swapping. Over the past few months I've been designing, building, and testing everything from scratch—from the website and matching flow to messaging, listings, authentication, and the infrastructure behind it. My goal was to make swapping feel as simple and trustworthy as possible. This is the very first public launch, so I'd genuinely love your feedback.
