W38 Product Update: One Inbox for everything that needs a person
We just shipped the Inbox.
The Inbox is one place for localization work that needs a human.
This is what lives in the Inbox:
Human review. Route translations below your quality threshold to a reviewer, or send an entire language to a native speaker. The reviewer sees the translations that need attention and can make changes directly in the Inbox.
Localization engine suggestions. When a translation scores low, or reviewers keep making the same correction, Lingo.dev can suggest the exact change to your glossary, rules, or brand voice. You can see the proposed edit and why it helps, then apply it or ignore it. Nothing changes until you approve it.
Triage. When a user reports a bad translation in Jira, an agent reads the ticket and turns it into a concrete localization fix. The issue is ranked by severity, so you can start with the most serious ones. Once you approve the fix, it becomes a suggestion in the Inbox.
Your own views. You can save views for a language, localization engine, type of work, or severity level. A native speaker can open their German reviews, while a localization manager can focus on suggestions for their engines. The sidebar shows when something new needs your attention.
Open the Inbox and set up your first view.
