How do you go from a competitor's winning Meta ad to your own on-brand version?

by

Hi all — I'm Karthik. I've run a performance-marketing agency for years, and the single most-repeated task in that work is this: dig through competitors' ads to find what's actually winning, then turn it into on-brand creative for my own brand. It's slow and splintered across ad-spy tools, spreadsheets, designers and AI image tools that don't know your brand.

That's the problem I'm building Klipio to solve — one system that learns your brand from your website (products, prices, voice and positioning, with facts cited and guesses flagged), watches your competitors' live Meta ads to surface what's actually winning right now, and then generates a finished, on-brand ad you can download or push straight to Meta.

We're getting ready to launch, and I'd genuinely value the community's take on two things:

  1. How do you currently get from 'a competitor's winning ad' to 'your own on-brand version' — and what's the most painful part?

  2. If a tool did this end to end, what would it take for you to trust the output enough to actually run it?

Happy to answer anything about how it works.
