kimo is a free, MIT-licensed video editor with no GUI. Your coding agent or any MCP client (Codex, Cursor, OpenCode) calls tools to cut, trim, caption, colour grade, keyframe, reframe to 9:16 and export. One ~15 MB CPU-only Rust binary that runs locally on a 2 GB box, and the agent renders frames to check its own work. Built by a college student, would love feedback.
