Hi everyone, I’m Yu Yong, the creator of Kairos. A to-do list tells you what needs doing, but you still have to work out when there’s time to do it. Kairos helps with that second step. You add tasks, estimate how long they should take and set any deadlines or scheduling requirements. Kairos then looks for suitable times within your available hours. For example, you can make reviewing a report depend on finishing the draft, add recurring revision sessions or weekly admin, and configure breaks between periods of scheduled work. Use Automatic mode, or choose when to reschedule in Manual mode. The core planner is free, with no card required. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and paid: US$5.99/month or US$49.99/year, plus applicable taxes, with no free trial. You enter your own tasks; it doesn’t read your syllabus or do the work for you. You can try it at . I’d appreciate honest feedback: what fits your routine, and what gets in the way? If a feature is missing, a concrete example of how you’d use it would be especially helpful.
