I built this free Schema Markup Generator because many structured data tools provide a generic template but leave users to determine which fields are required, how properties should be nested, and whether the final JSON-LD is properly formatted. This tool provides guided inputs and generates the markup live as each field is completed. It currently supports: • LocalBusiness schema • FAQPage schema • Article and BlogPosting schema Depending on the selected schema type, users can enter information such as: • Business name, URL, phone number, and description • Postal address and geographic coordinates • Opening hours • Ratings and review counts • Social and profile URLs • FAQ questions and answers • Article headlines, descriptions, images, and dates • Author and publisher details Optional fields remain optional. Blank properties are omitted from the output rather than being included as empty strings, arrays, or incomplete objects. The generated JSON-LD updates as you type and can be copied directly into a script tag on the relevant page. The tool also provides a direct path to Google’s Rich Results Test so the published page can be checked after implementation. There are a few important limitations. Valid JSON-LD does not guarantee that Google will display a rich result. Eligibility depends on the schema type, page content, Google’s current search features, technical implementation, and whether the markup accurately represents visible information on the page. The generator also cannot determine whether a business is using the most specific appropriate Schema.org subtype or whether every property is supported for a particular search feature. Human review still matters when the implementation becomes more complex. No account or email is required to use the tool.
