Why Did i build Invven ?
All the invoicing inventory software available on the market was built at silicone valley and not by a real user in a company for 26 years .
we needed unlimited inventory with phone scanner
we needed hidden part numbers and trade pricing
we needed inventory Ai search by hidden part number, name , item
we needed invoicing special with lots of features
take a photo and photo will quote instantly
voice to job

Voice to invoice sounds genuinely useful for tradies who hate typing after a long day. One thing I'd love to see is a quick way to flag parts that need reordering right inside the invoice flow, so when something runs low the system pings you or adds it to a purchase list automatically. Would save a lot of "oh shoot, forgot to reorder that" moments on busy jobs.

Built for tradies, love that. One thing I'd find useful is a quick job costing summary at the end of each week, showing labour versus materials per job, so you can spot which ones are actually making money. Could probably pull that from the invoices and inventory data you already track.

Built for tradies by a tradie, love that. One thing that would make the voice to invoice even better is letting it remember client specific pricing or job rates you mention often, so it doesn't start from scratch every time. Would save a lot of re dictating the same details on repeat jobs.

Voice to invoice worked surprisingly well for quoting a quick job this morning. The photo-to-quote feature feels like something I'd actually use in the van.

Finally gave the voice to invoice a real test while walking between jobs and it actually nailed the line items without me repeating myself, the photo to quote feature is a nice bonus too
